Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Binay Sari, LBwear, Berliner Straße 196, 38226 Salzgitter, Germany, info@lbwear.co) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Different Return Shipping Cost Policy for Germany

We will cover the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made within Germany.

Return Shipping Labels

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will provide you with free return shipping labels for your return within Germany. The return shipping label will be sent to you by email. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
