How long does shipping take?
Our current delivery times at a glance
- Germany: 4-5 working days
- Austria: 5-6 working days
- Switzerland: 5-7 working days
- Rest of the EU: 7-9 working days
- Rest of the world: 8-12 working days
*Note: In individual cases, delays may occur due to external factors (e.g., customs or shipping providers). We'll do our best to ensure your order reaches you quickly—however, unfortunately, we have no control over some processes.
What does shipping cost?
The shipping costs are flat rate and depend on the destination country of your order:
- Germany: 4.95 €
- European Union (EU): 7.95 €
- Rest of the world: 12.95 €
The final shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout – no hidden costs.
Which shipping service provider do you use to send?
We work with DHL for fast and secure delivery.
Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?
Yes, DHL Packstations in Germany are supported. Simply enter your Packstation address during checkout.

What materials are used for your shirts?
Our oversized T-shirts are made from extra-soft, high-quality cotton that impresses with its strength and feel. The fabric is durable, breathable, and feels pleasantly natural against the skin—perfect for art you can touch.

How are your sizes?
Our T-shirts are designed in an oversized fit – meaning they're wider, longer, and more casual. The look is deliberately cut generously without losing any of its shape.
If you prefer a looser fit, choose your regular size. For a more classic fit, we recommend going down one size.

Where are your products made?
Our products are carefully manufactured in Turkey. The final printing and finishing are done in Germany. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality and precise workmanship.
How are the designs printed?
Our designs are applied to the T-shirts using DTG (direct-to-garment) printing. This process enables high-resolution, detailed prints with vibrant colors and a soft feel.
How do I properly maintain my shirts?
To keep your shirts looking their best for a long time, we recommend the following care instructions:
- Wash: Cold wash at 30°C (turned inside out)
- Drying: Allow to air dry – not suitable for tumble drying
- Ironing: If necessary, only inside out and without direct contact with the print
- Do not use fabric softener or bleach

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days. We offer a voluntary 14-day return policy, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
If your product was delivered damaged or faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or refund.

My product has been damaged or incorrect - what can I do?
If your product was delivered damaged or faulty, we're sorry! Please send us a message within 14 days of receipt with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the damage
• A brief description of the problem
We will review the case and offer you either a replacement or a refund.
Can I exchange an article?
Direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different size or design, you can return your order within 14 days and place a new one.
