You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time you access our website, our hosting provider Shopify automatically stores the following data in so-called server log files:

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (Contract fulfillment). After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiration of the retention periods required by tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use.

Customer account: If you register for a customer account, we will save the information you provide (name, email address, billing and delivery address, telephone number, and previous orders) to facilitate future purchases. You can delete your customer account at any time by contacting us.

4. Data transfer for contract processing

To fulfill the purchase contract, we pass on your personal data to the following service providers:

  • Payment providers:  Klarna, PayPal, Shopify Payments (depending on the selected payment method)
  • Shipping provider:  DHL (your email address will be shared for shipping notifications)
  • Hosting & store operation:  Shopify

Data is shared exclusively for the fulfillment of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

5.Advertising by email (newsletter)

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you regular updates about our products and promotions. This will only happen with your express consent. Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Our newsletter is sent via the service provider Klaviyo Inc. (125 Summer St, Boston, MA 02110, USA) sent. Klaviyo stores your data in the USA and has committed to complying with the EU standard contractual clauses.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, either by contacting us or via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
