Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Binay Sari (LBwear).
By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can first add our products to your cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in your cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The following language(s) are available for concluding the contract: German, English
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our T&Cs in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login area.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more details about any applicable shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver via shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit Card
During the order process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after you place your order. Further information is provided during the checkout process.
PayPal may offer additional payment options in your account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. We have no influence over the availability of these options; any additional payment methods offered individually pertain to your legal relationship with PayPal. Sofort by Klarna
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order. Further information is provided during the checkout process.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after you place your order. Further information is provided during the checkout process.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after you place your order. Further information is provided during the checkout process.
Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information is provided for each payment option and during the checkout process.
Purchase on account via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 14 days after shipment of the goods and receipt of the invoice.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
7.1 Liability for Defects
Statutory liability for defects applies.
7.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

8. Liability
We are always fully liable for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents
- in the event of injury to life, body, or health,
- in the case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- for guarantee commitments, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), due to slight negligence on our part, or on the part of our legal representatives or agents, liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded, which must typically be expected to occur.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As our products are individually manufactured according to customer specifications (print-on-demand), there is no general right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB. A withdrawal or return is only possible in exceptional cases, in particular if the goods are defective or an incorrect delivery has occurred. 10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here . We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
